Academic Problems Of Students Of The Kindergarten Department In School Of Basic Education And Its Relationship To Some Variables

Abstract
This study aims to identify the reality of the academic problems faced by students of the Kindergarten Department, and to identify the order of the study problems and their relationship to (level of study, living level, and accommodation (in the cities and countryside). To achieve the study purpose, a questionnaire was designed. The selected sample was a random selection of 100 students. After using the appropriate statistical methods, the study indicated that the most prominent problems were the discomfort of failure in one or more subjects, most subjects depend on conservation and memorization, some questions of the exams are difficult, fear of the exam, and the existence of interpersonal relationships between professor and students, students’ reluctance in asking teachers about some important points in the subjects, personal relationships between student and teacher influence markings, repetition in some subjects over the years of studying in university, there are some teachers who do not listen to students’ different points of views, Teachers are using theoretical methods and some curriculums are very long. In addition, the results showed that the ranking of the problems experienced by female students in the five fields according to their importance is as follows: The problems of the textbooks in the first stage, secondly, the problems related to the examinations. After that, The problems related to the relationship with the teachers, further on, problems related to academic skills, and finally problems of academic compatibility. Moreover, the results indicated that there are no differences in the living and the location (inside the cities or the countryside).
